HIDDEN VALLEY KIWANIS PRESENTED A SENATE RESOLUTION HONORING THE CLUB

At a regular meeting on December 29, 2009; Hidden Valley Kiwanis was pleased to have Senator Mark Wyland as our guest speaker.  During his remarks, Senator Wyland presented Lyle Davis and our club with a Senate Resolution honoring the club for its' participation in our quarterly Wounded Warrior Program.

Hidden Valley Kiwanis honored a wounded US Military man or woman each quarter by a donation of $ 500 to the soldier's family.  This program has been going on for the past three years and the club has been pleased to honor over 12 US Servicemen or women.

Senator Wyland praised the club for its' service with the Wounded Warrior Program and all service projects that Hidden Valley Kiwanis participates in throughout the year - including sponsoring four KEY Clubs and work with the local Rady Children's Hospital.
